Good Dogs of Greenville Wins GVL Starts Accelerator Grant
We’re excited to share a big milestone for Good Dogs of Greenville: we were selected as a winner of the GVL Starts accelerator program in the Legacy & Lifestyle category—earning a $5,000 startup grant to support the next phase of our app.
GVL Starts is a competitive accelerator designed to support promising local startups with funding, mentorship, and resources to help them grow. Being chosen in the Legacy & Lifestyle category is especially meaningful to us, as it recognizes businesses that celebrate community, culture, and quality of life in Greenville.
What This Means for Good Dogs of Greenville
This grant will go directly toward continuing to improve and expand the Good Dogs of Greenville app—making it even easier for dog parents to explore Greenville with their dogs by their side. From discovering dog-friendly places and events to unlocking exclusive Pup Perks with local businesses, our goal has always been to make dog-friendly living more accessible, fun, and connected.
Winning GVL Starts is also a strong validation of the vision behind Good Dogs of Greenville: that dogs aren’t just pets, they’re family—and they deserve to be included in how we experience our city.
