  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any issues, such as defects, damages, or receiving the wrong item, please contact us right away. We'll assess the situation and make it right

If approved, we'll automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
