What areas do you service?
We service Greenville, Spartanburg and surrounding areas.
Are you insured & bonded?
Yes, we are insured & bonded!
Can you administer medication?
Yes, we can administer medication as needed!
Do you walk multiple dogs at a time?
Yes, we walk up to two dogs at a time.
Will my dog see the same sitter every visit?
You will be assigned a sitter and a backup sitter. You will meet your sitter/s prior to your booking.
What type of pets do you care for?
All types of pets and we also offer care for livestock.
How long is a visit?
We offer visits for 20 minutes up to 1 hour.
Where will my dog be groomed?
In our homes. We offer grooming for up to 40 lb dogs
Do you offer mobile grooming?
No, however we do offer pick up and drop off.
What is overnight house sitting?
We stay in your home with your pets overnight for a minimum of 10 hours.
Do you board dogs in your home?
Yes, but we currently only board small breeds due to limited availability. We also prioritize individualized care by boarding only one family at a time.
Do you charge holiday fees?
Yes, please inquire.
What is your cancellation policy?
20% fee for cancellations. If canceled within 72 hours of booking cancellation fee goes up to 50%
What is the best payment option?
We accept all major credit cards and Afterpay (processing fee applies) as well as Cash, PayPal, Venmo & Zelle.
What are your hours of operation?
7 days a week from 8am-9pm (with the exception of overnights)
